There's pretty much nothing we like more than eating out, so here we chronicle some of the more memorable restaurant experience over the past year.
While realizing we're blessed, we're nonetheless hoping to find ways to insure the years remaining in our retirement are enjoyable and fulfilling.
We hobnob with the rich and famous, brew beer, visit family and friends and pretty much eat and drink ourselves into a stupor while dodging raindrops.
We weren't happy about putting our life on hold while the world finds a cure for COVID, so we've purchased a little piece of heaven to enjoy now.
Making beer is not only a way to explore new styles and flavors, but is a wonderful diversion on a sunny afternoon and a good excuse for drinking more beer!
Proof that our most memorable experiences often don't happen in the most exotic places or because of the most obvious collection of circumstances.
There's no way we're going to allow ourselves to look back on this period with regret or bitterness that our retirement was ruined or our vitality was squandered.
After six years with the Palazzo, we sold the coach to a wonderful couple and purchased a beautiful, new 2022 Entegra Aspire 44B for our new home.
It's been a great coach that's given us wonderful memories, but it's time for a second bathroom, a full sized bed, and a dishwasher!
A wonderful time in paradise, shortened by COVID-19, but not before we empty the area's pantries, sample its treasures, and drink it dry.
Armed with a couple of day packs filled with sandwiches, treats, and water, we're enjoying our little treks into the backcountry.
